Job summary

Celgard, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join the Maintenance team. You will report to the Plant Maintenance Manager and focus on planning preventive and predictive maintenance to keep equipment and facilities running reliably.

You will manage PM schedules, track maintenance history in CMMS, coordinate contractors, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance planning experience and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience planning maintenance activities and work orders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement exposure.
• Proficient with CMMS and data analysis.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Owns PM schedule for production and facility equipment.
• Develops, schedules, and controls preventive and reactive work orders.
• Maintains CMMS asset registers, PM task lists, and backlog data.
• Provides technical support to maintenance team and assists parts sourcing.
• Coordinates third-party contractors and drives safety compliance.
• Supports plant improvement projects and reliability lessons.
