Job summary

Celgard, LLC in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join the Maintenance team. The role reports to the Plant Maintenance Manager and does not supervise others.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling preventive and predictive maintenance, managing CMMS data, and coordinating with contractors to keep production equipment reliable. A high school diploma is required, with at least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong planning skills, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Education background: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in manufacturing equipment repair or parts.
• Planning experience for maintenance activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with information analysis and data interpretation.
• Continuous Improvement / Lean manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS software.
• Experience as a project team member, contributing to project execution.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, schedules, and maintains preventative and predictive maintenance program for equipment.
• Ownership of the maintenance PM schedule for all production and facility equipment.
• Develops, schedules, and controls preventive and reactive work orders.
• Manage maintenance records in CMMS, asset registers, and KPI reports.
• Ownership of CMMS as an expert user; interpret data and reports.
• Provide technical support to the Maintenance group when needed.
• Assist in locating and ordering parts and materials for maintenance work.
• Coordinate activities of key third party contractors who perform maintenance.
• Support safety processes and compliance with site procedures and standards.
