Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or maintenance certificates preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of general repairs experience in manufacturing, with at least two trades (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, welding or machining) or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed preventive and corrective maintenance work plans.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance with production to minimize downtime.
• Estimate labor, materials, and resources for maintenance jobs.
• Plan large maintenance events like shutdowns and major overhauls.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement activities.
