Job summary

Darling Ingredients is seeking a Maintenance Planner to streamline the flow of work and materials within the maintenance department. You will manage work orders, PM schedules, and production timelines while coordinating with supervisors to track progress and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years in a production or maintenance environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities are required.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Expedite flow of work and materials according to work orders and schedule.
  • Review and distribute work orders and PM schedules.
  • Confers with supervisors to determine progress and completion dates.
  • Confer with personnel to assess progress and discuss changes.
  • Revise production schedules due to changes or shortages.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with vendors and customers.
  • Record maintenance data and inventory usage.
  • Distribute schedules and work orders to departments.
  • Compile status reports on progress and materials.
