Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Maintenance Planner for the Seabrook, NJ plant to plan and schedule maintenance activities and manage resources using a CMMS (eMaint).

The role focuses on improving productivity, equipment availability, and work efficiency while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The position requires knowledge of PMs, backlog management, and coordinating with Maintenance Supervisors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or commensurate experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, can multi-task and manage projects.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficient.

Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules to complete PMs, corrective and emergency work orders.
• Manage backlog to keep backlogged work orders to less than 14 days.
• Audit PMs in CMMS to ensure parts are booked and labor is reasonable.
• Prepare weekly reports on maintenance team performance and backlogs.
• Ensure safety and quality practices are followed at all times.
