• 3-5+ years in maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, or manufacturing experience; food/dairy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance job plans with labor, parts, tools, safety, and scope.
• Maintain backlog and support weekly maintenance scheduling.
• Review and plan maintenance work requests with priority.
• Prepare work packages for shutdowns and planned maintenance.
• Create and maintain PMs, job plans, inspections, and BOMs in Maximo.
• Coordinate spare parts, contractor services, and materials readiness.
• Monitor PM and schedule compliance and related KPIs.
• Incorporate safety requirements into maintenance work plans.
