Job summary

ADM (Archer Daniels Midland) is seeking an Entry Industrial Maintenance Technician in Lincoln, NE. The role involves performing basic preventive maintenance, operating hoists and power tools, and assisting senior mechanics with machinery repairs on conveyors, pumps, and motors.

Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow GMP/HACCP safety procedures. Shift is Mon-Fri 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with some weekends and overtime; $25.70/hour with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on maintenance experience.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal/written) and read SOPs.
• Technical school training in mechanics is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance (lubrication, filter changes, inspections).
• Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools.
• Assist senior mechanics with repairs on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors.
• Follow safety procedures and GMP/HACCP policies.
