Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our safety‑driven team; you will manage asset inventories, plan maintenance work, and train end users on the Enterprise Asset Management system.

You will collaborate with the EAM Business Analyst, oversee work orders, perform data analysis on parts/assets, and help generate metrics for management. A 3+ year background in facilities planning is preferred; growth opportunities after six months are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years in facilities/maintenance planning, scheduling, auditing.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators.
• Collaborate with EAM Analyst to implement standard coding, PM procedures, and scheduling.
• Manage work orders in the system for creation, updates, and resolution.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and suggest enhancements.
• Publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for facilities team.
• Build positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.

About the Role

Responsible for overall asset management, work planning, training, and spare part inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits on a regular basis;
• Provide software training to end users and new administrators; serves as liaison for system problems.
• Work with corporate EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.
• Manage work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolving work orders.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to the management team.
• Provide support as a Tier 1 EAM for the facilities team.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

What You’ll Need

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum 3+ years of related experience; planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience with EAM ASE, data analysis, and asset management preferred.
