Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Planner to schedule and optimize maintenance work across manufacturing, utilities, and support areas. You will produce detailed work orders, coordinate with technicians, and ensure data quality in CMMS and SAP/AMM systems.
You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage PM pillars, and collaborate with Operations and Engineering to meet production goals and uptime targets.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Planner position is responsible for scheduling the work activity of the Maintenance and Engineering team. This position provides planning and scheduling support for maintenance work including detailed instruction on work orders, materials required, and other resources. Requires limited coordination of work by others and an understanding of principles and practices to perform routines and uses input from others to make decisions on priorities and schedule. Requires strong communications skills and ability to perform well on teams. Supports other planners at site or other sites to increase planner knowledge and skill.
The Maintenance Planner also supports Line Mechanics and Technicians by providing expert guidance and maintains open flow of communication up and down the maintenance chain. Identifies and escalates problems proactively. This position will also serve as an NCE Facilitator, championing AMM, tracking results, pushing for execution of improvement projects, initiating focused projects based on Maintenance trends, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
Responsible for improvements in technical stoppages and eUPS, optimizing M&I costs.
Produce all requirements of maintenance schedules deliverables: Able to complete all analytics and make changes in CMMS based off of analysis of data. Work with maintenance team and other departments to develop maintenance work schedules.
