The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facility assets. This role serves as the central coordinator between maintenance, operations, engineering, storeroom, and contractors to maximize workforce productivity, minimize equipment downtime, and improve maintenance execution effectiveness.
The Maintenance Planner develops detailed work plans, manages maintenance backlogs, coordinates parts and resources, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to improve asset reliability and maintenance performance.
