Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Maintenance Planner for a contract opportunity located in Newark, DE. You will develop planning libraries, prepare complete job packages, identify hazards, and collaborate with technicians to plan complex tasks.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in industrial maintenance, experience writing maintenance job plans, knowledge of piping, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and proficiency with SAP maintenance modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing job plans for maintenance work in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Knowledge of piping, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for detailed planning packages.

Responsibilities

• Develop a planning library for Pd/PMs and common repair tasks.
• Prepare complete job packages (Labor, Material, Tools & Equipment) by field walkdown.
• Identify potential hazards and plan requirements to safely execute tasks.
• Work with technicians to develop plans for complex jobs.
• Update CMMS with job package information for repairs and preventive tasks.

Maintenance Planner needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Newark, DE.

The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

• 5+ years’ experience with equipment/facilities maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience in developing job plans for maintenance work in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of piping, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems required to ensure detailed planning packages.
• Experience coordinating maintenance work in a manufacturing setting is required.
• Experience with SAP maintenance modules is required.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Paying $40 - $45 per hour; depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop a planning library for Pd/PMs and common repair tasks.
• Prepare complete job packages (Labor, Material, Tools & Equipment) by performing field walkdown.
• Identify potential hazards and plan for requirements to safely execute tasks.
• Work with technicians to develop plans for complex jobs.
