Job summary

NWH is seeking a full-time M-Pulse parts ordering and Maintenance scheduler to improve our manufacturing site maintenance productivity by planning labor, parts, tools, and permits. The role supports two sites (Hamden, OH and Loudonville, OH) and coordinates with site leadership to keep work orders moving smoothly.

Responsibilities include generating weekly schedules, maintaining CMMS data, and tracking downtime metrics while ensuring safety procedures and documentation are up to date.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in the field of maintenance is a plus.
• Experience with maintenance management software is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to travel between Hamden, OH & Loudonville, OH.

• Plan for and take notes during weekly maintenance meetings & responsible for planning the maintenance meetings at both sites - Hamden, OH & Loudonville, OH.
• Print or email all open work orders for sites.
• Check for any reactive work orders.
• Close all completed work orders and review technician notes.
• Keep maintenance/site managers up to date on past due work orders.
• Create job tasks in CMMS.
• Create PMs.
• Review downtime data with site leadership.
• Keep spare parts inventory up to date in CMMS.
• Assisting training maintenance on use of CMMS System.
• Build out and keep up to date work centers in CMMS.

Position Summary:

We have immediate opening for a full time M-Pulse parts ordering and Maintenance scheduler the primary purpose is to improve Manufacturing Site's Maintenance productivity and work quality by anticipating or eliminating potential Maintenance delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, tools and equipment, required permits, specialized documentation, and equipment access.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist site leadership and maintenance lead in generating weekly maintenance schedule & preparations for meetings
• Plan for and take notes during weekly maintenance meetings & responsible for planning the maintenance meetings at both sites - Hamden, OH & Loudonville, OH
• Print or email all open work orders for sites
• Check for any reactive work orders
• Close all completed work orders and review technician notes.
• Keep maintenance/site managers up to date on past due work orders
• Create job tasks in CMMS
• Create PMs
• Review downtime data with site leadership

• Assist in tracking of site maintenance and safety metrics

• Assist/manage level 2 site boards
• Assist in site level CI processes and events including 5S projects and seeds events

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience in the field of maintenance is a plus
• Experience with maintenance management software is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to travel between Hamden, OH & Loudonville, OH
