Job summary

Responsibilities include generating weekly maintenance schedules, leading meetings, managing work orders in CMMS, tracking downtime, and maintaining spare parts inventories. Strong MS Office skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in the field of maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office/Excel is beneficial.
• Ability to travel between Hamden, OH & Loudonville, OH may be required.

• Print or email all open work orders for sites and check for reactive orders.

• Keep maintenance/site managers updated on past due work orders.
• Create job tasks and PMs in CMMS and review downtime data.
• Maintain spare parts inventory in CMMS and assist with training on CMMS use.

Position Summary:

We have immediate opening for a full time M-Pulse parts ordering and Maintenance scheduler the primary purpose is to improve Manufacturing Site's Maintenance productivity and work quality by anticipating or eliminating potential Maintenance delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, tools and equipment, required permits, specialized documentation, and equipment access.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist site leadership and maintenance lead in generating weekly maintenance schedule & preparations for meetings
• Plan for and take notes during weekly maintenance meetings & responsible for planning the maintenance meetings at both sites - Hamden, OH & Loudonville, OH
• Print or email all open work orders for sites
• Check for any reactive work orders
• Close all completed work orders and review technician notes.
• Keep maintenance/site managers up to date on past due work orders
• Create job tasks in CMMS
• Create PMs
• Review downtime data with site leadership
• Keep spare parts inventory up to date in CMMS
• Assisting training maintenance on use of CMMS System
• Build out and keep up to date work centers in CMMS
• Have a high level understanding of mechanical equipment
• Assist in tracking of site maintenance and safety metrics
• Assist with other tasks as needed
• Assist/manage level 2 site boards
• Assist in site level CI processes and events including 5S projects and seeds events
• Data entry in site metrics

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience in the field of maintenance is a plus
• Experience with maintenance management software is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to travel between Hamden, OH & Loudonville, OH
