Job summary

CSP Innovations OH Payroll Co., LLC is a leading manufacturer of advanced composite components, seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize preventive and corrective work. You will develop detailed plans, manage a short backlog, and coordinate closely with Production to minimize downtime on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong CMMS and Excel skills, and a background in automotive or Tier 1 environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred experience using CMMS (SAP, Maximo, eMaint, or similar).
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in automotive or Tier 1 manufacturing.
• Previous maintenance planning or maintenance lead experience.
• Associate degree or technical training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical field.
• Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Experience supporting reliability or continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work using the CMMS.
• Develop detailed job plans including labor, parts, tools, and safety requirements.
• Maintain an organized backlog of planned maintenance work (2–4 weeks).
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production to minimize downtime.
• Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are current, effective, and properly documented.
• Verify parts availability and coordinate with storeroom and purchasing.
• Maintain accurate equipment records, asset structures, and maintenance data in CMMS.
• Track and support maintenance performance metrics including PM compliance and schedule adherence.
• Support reliability improvements by identifying maintenance gaps and failure trends.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards including LOTO and OSHA requirements.
