Overview

Do you have experience as a Senior Associate with strong aptitude and background in reliability, repairing/replacing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment like motors, conveyors, pumps, belts, chains, etc.? If so, we are looking for you!

Position: Maintenance Planner - HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Bridgeview, IL

Hours: Days E-Shift 6:30am to 4pm Monday - Friday

Compensation:

• Hourly pay rate range $34.50 to $49.50 - paid weekly
• Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare maintenance schedules based on engineering directives
• Determine material and tools requirements
• Coordinate with all functional areas including vendors
• Verify material availability and create purchase orders
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules
• Maintain documentation and coordinate emergency parts pickup

Qualifications:

• Strong background in reliability and mechanical/electrical aptitude
• Customer service focus and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Effective communication skills
• Associate’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English; proficient with MS Office, SAP, and CMMS systems
