We are looking for a Maintenance Planner tojoin our team at our facility inAurora, CO.The Maintenance Planner is responsible for owning the Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling system. You are part of the operations leadership team that is responsible for supporting and implementing change management and productivity improvements within the plant.In addition, they will be responsible for leading Maintenance standard work practices across the plant that ensure reliability, maintainability, and availability of plant resources with specific focus on overall deterioration losses to deliver the plants Compelling Business Need. The job duties include responsibility for assuring food safety and for food quality for Dessert Holdings
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible and accountable for MP&S Competency, which includes ensuring plant standards are aligned to Dessert Holdings Standards. This includes plant utilizing CMMS system as intended including following master data standardization.
Reviews all incoming approved work orders and ensures that Safety, Material, People, Tools, When, Where (SIMPTWWI) are included on all job plans.
Ensures all Asset’s within the CMMS are maintained from Cradle to Grave, and include BOMS, PMS and critical spare parts for each asset. This includes accountability for ensuring new equipment brought in follows same standards.
Drives improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability by ensuring focusing on plants top losses by being an active participant in Daily Direction setting meetings.
Accountable for spare parts process and ensure proper safety stock levels and maintenance strategies are aligned.
Creating and publishing the plant maintenance work plan for the week including any standard plant stops
Works collaboratively with Maintenance manager to set 30/90 actions to ensure Key standard metrics are met and aligned with Dessert Holdings Standards
Understands the management of Quality Systems and is familiar with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices which help ensure the safety within the workplace and the production of a safe and quality product(s)
Will perform other duties as required by supervisor and reporting structure
Document all Maintenance work activity within CMMS System.
Effectively support the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program with a goal of continually reducing unscheduled downtime.
QUALIFICATIONS
Working Knowledge of Ovens, bakery equipment, and packaging equipment.
AIB Bakery Equipment training course is helpful.
