Overview

Woodlands Senior Care Centers is now hiring Full-Time Experienced Maintenance Personnel that will cover the AUSTINWOODS Campus located in Austintown, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform routine maintenance on facilities, including plumbing and electrical systems.
• Perform routine construction, painting, drywalling and other facility improvement projects as required.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, utilizing schematics and mechanical knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while conducting maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate timely completion of maintenance repairs.
• Have proven experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and mechanical repairs.
• Ensure all facilities are maintained in good repair and all systems are in compliance with all applicable safety and fire regulations, as well as federal, state, and local building codes.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Work day shift, but are required the flexibility as needed to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies.
• Have valid driver's license and a clean driving record with reliable transportation.
