Qualifications

• Prepare food in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and our policies.
• Work with the facility's dietitian and head of dietary services to implement changes.
• Follow quantity recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and practice food safety.
• Restock items and assist with cleaning and organization.
• Adhere to sanitation and food production codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents according to standardized recipes and diet plans.
• Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with meal planning and portion control as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen workspaces throughout the shift.
• Assist with stocking, food prep, and inventory tasks as needed.

• The primary purpose of this job position is to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedurestoensure that quality food service isprovided at all times
