Courtyard - Miami is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep across the property. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, responding to guest requests, and assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. A proactive, safety-minded mindset is essential.

Formación

• Maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
