Job summary

VENTURE HOTEL LEASING LLC is seeking a Maintenance Person in Solana Beach, CA to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep across the property. You’ll help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and staff.

You will handle routine tasks in guest rooms and public areas, assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and support projects while keeping tools and spaces organized.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
• Good communication and team‑player attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently and safely.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
