Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property. You will ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, responding to requests, and assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work while maintaining tools and spaces in good order. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment; flexible to work holidays and weekends
