Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Person to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional hotel environment for guests and staff.

You will handle routine tasks, respond to maintenance requests, and support the team with various projects while following safety standards and hotel guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment; flexible to work any days including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
