Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform routine maintenance and repairs across guest rooms and public areas within a hotel environment. The role focuses on hands-on tasks, preventive maintenance, and timely responses to guest requests to ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional property.

The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance or building repair experience, a solid grounding in plumbing/electrical/HVAC basics, and a collaborative, safety-conscious approach.
