JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

• This position requires light carpentry, painting, cleaning, maintaining and making small repair jobs on machinery in a multi-unit retail and real estate work environment.
• A valid driver's license is required. The right candidate will work well independently and with a team. If you are trustworthy, mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands this is a great opportunity.
