Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and identify repair needs promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests with professionalism.
• Be on-call for after-hours and weekend maintenance.
• Repair painting, patching, plumbing, electrical and structural issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and install appliances and equipment.
• Inspect properties and document work needed and completed.
• Report maintenance issues while in the field.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Use power, hand, electrical, and plumbing tools.
• Travel between locations as required.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Person or Handyman to join our team. You will be responsible for performing repairs, identifying the need for repairs, responding to different location maintenance requests, all while maintaining an excellent level of professionalism. We are looking for someone that is highly skilled, trustworthy, hard-working, and with excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for performing repairs, identifying the need for repairs,
• responding to maintenance requests, all while maintaining an excellent level of professionalism
• Availability for on-call, after-hours and weekend maintenance calls
• Repairing any major and minor issues including but not limited to issues related to painting, patching, plumbing, electrical, and structural issues in a timely manner
• Performing repairs, troubleshooting appliances and installing appliances
• Installs equipment and appliances.
• Responding to pending maintenance requests in a professional and
• Inspecting properties and photographing work needed and completed work
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues while out in the field
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Performing other duties, as assigned
• Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
• Travel between locations in required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Handles Physical Demands of job, including, standing, bending, pulling, pushing,

• At least 1-3 years of experience in maintenance & repair, or construction, or similar work
• Knowledge of construction, plumbing, and electrical
• People person, with excellent communication skills, including fluency in email and text message communication

• Ability to follow direction meticulously

Experience Requirements:

• 1+ year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical experience
• preferred
• Must have driver’s license and clean driving record
