Job summary

Pennex is looking for a Maintenance Parts and Inventory Coordinator at our Leetonia, OH location. This position requires maintaining inventory accuracy, supplier coordination, and logistical support to the Maintenance Department. Candidates should have experience in industrial inventory management and familiarity with computerized maintenance systems.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in industrial inventory management or maintenance support.
• Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems or inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance spare parts inventory including location accuracy and quantity levels.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and stage parts kits for planned maintenance work.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions
