Job summary

City Brewing Company, based in La Crosse, WI, seeks a Maintenance Inventory Coordinator to manage the parts room and department purchasing. This role ensures timely delivery of maintenance parts and accurate inventory levels across the site.

Responsibilities include creating purchase requisitions, tracking vendors, shipping/receiving parts, and performing parts kitting for work orders while maintaining CMMS records for reliability efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Technical diploma or coursework in related field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional with coworkers, vendors, and customers.
• Strong math skills; ability to read schematics and equipment diagrams.
• Analytical skills for interpretation of reports.
• Parts/inventory management experience in manufacturing.

Job Summary

Immediate opening for a maintenance inventory coordinator. This position is responsible for department purchasing and management of the parts room.

Duties And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office suite. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers, vendors, and customers.
• Strong math skills, ability to read schematics and equipment diagrams.
• Strong analytical skills for interpretation of reports.
