Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a Parts Clerk at the Fort Worth division to support maintenance operations by managing parts inventory and coordinating purchases.

This on-site, full-time role requires strong safety and organizational skills to ensure timely availability of materials for equipment repairs. The position handles order placement, parts sourcing, and coordination with maintenance and production teams, with opportunites to contribute to continuous improvement in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS (prefer iMaint).
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures and maintaining attention to detail.
• Order maintenance parts and supplies from OEMs and approved vendors.
• Use OEM manuals, technical drawings, and equipment documentation to identify correct replacement parts.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials in designated inventory locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes.
• Assist maintenance and production personnel in locating parts and processing parts requests.
• Support the creation and tracking of work orders and purchase requisitions.
• Distribute parts and materials throughout the facility to support maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Assist with maintenance shop organization and minor maintenance projects.
• Maintain records of inventory transactions and purchasing activities within the maintenance system.
