Job summary

Three Forks Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Tech (Maintenance Partner) to help maintain the interior and exterior of our community, prepare apartments for new residents, and manage preventative maintenance tasks. This role supports a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Maintenance skills and general handyman abilities.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Good communication and teamwork with other staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas, including cleaning and upkeep of furnishings.
• Maintains grounds and exterior areas as assigned, including lawn maintenance and garbage removal.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishes units after move-out as assigned.
• Implements and documents a preventative maintenance program for community and equipment.
