Glenwood Village in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Maintenance Tech (Maintenance Partner) to maintain inside areas, offices, and common spaces, and to support grounds and move-ins. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and follow protocols.
• Comfort with manual and preventive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas, including cleaning and upkeep.
• Cares for building grounds, outdoor repairs, lawn maintenance, and waste removal.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishes units after move-out as needed.
• Implements and documents preventive maintenance programs for the community and equipment.

Highlights of the Maintenance Tech (Maintenance Partner) Position

• Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas in building, including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, removal of trash and upkeep of vinyl floors as assigned
• Maintains grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance and garbage removal as assigned
• Prepares apartments for move-in and completes refurbishing of units after move-out as assigned
• Implements and documents preventative maintenance program for community and equipment as assigned
