Job summary

ThreeForks, Inc is seeking a Maintenance Tech (Maintenance Partner) in Forney, TX. This part-time role offers 20 hours weekly at a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. You will care for seniors in a dedicated senior living community, with an emphasis on thorough cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of the property.

Qualifications

• Experience with general building maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning, repairs, and preventative tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inside of building, offices, and common areas including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, and trash removal.
• Maintain grounds and outdoor areas including lawn care and exterior cleanup as assigned.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and refurbish units after move-out as assigned.
• Implement and document preventative maintenance programs for community and equipment as assigned.
