Job summary

Three Forks Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Tech (Maintenance Partner) to upkeep the interior and exterior of the community. You will clean spaces, handle repairs, and support ongoing maintenance programs critical to resident comfort.

The role involves preparing apartments for move-in, refurbishing units after move-out, and contributing to a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents. FT/PT opportunities are available in a welcoming team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or similar setting.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Willingness to work flexible FT/PT shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior spaces, offices, and common areas including cleaning and upkeep.
• Maintain exterior grounds and related upkeep such as lawn care and trash removal.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and refurbish units after move-out.
• Document and follow preventative maintenance programs for community equipment.

Highlights of the Maintenance Tech (Maintenance Partner) Position

• Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas in building, including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, removal of trash and upkeep of vinyl floors as assigned
• Maintains grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance and garbage removal as assigned
• Prepares apartments for move-in and completes refurbishing of units after move-out as assigned
• Implements and documents preventative maintenance program for community and equipment as assigned
