Job summary

AHEPA Senior Living in United States is seeking a part-time TEMP Maintenance technician to provide top-notch services to the housing community, maintaining a clean and orderly property and performing janitorial duties as necessary.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or higher, technical maintenance experience, and skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, painting, and HVAC, with strong communication, computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

As a part-time TEMP Maintenance technician, you’ll provide top notch services to the housing community by:

• Maintaining a clean and orderly housing property, and performing janitorial duties as necessary.
• Demonstrating the ability to make repairs as necessary, and ensure all systems and equipment are in good working order.
• Inspecting the housing property routinely and evaluating the physical condition.

The TEMP Maintenance position is part-time, 20 hours a week.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
