Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a maintenance technician in Greenbelt, MD to handle painting, finish work, and the tidiness of areas. The role includes responding to service calls within 30 minutes, completing work orders daily, and maintaining pools, filters, and pumps.

You will also adjust televisions, program boxes, replace bulbs and ballasts, change AC filters, repair vacuums, and clean grounds, garages, and parking areas, ensuring property upkeep meets standards.

• Ability to respond to service calls promptly

Responsibilities

• Painting and associated prep work, finish work, and tidiness of work areas
• Respond to all service calls within half hour from time call is received
• Accurately and efficiently complete all assigned work orders daily; inform supervisor of incomplete orders for rescheduling
• Efficiently maintain pools, filters and pumps daily
• Efficiently adjust televisions and program boxes
• Change light bulbs and ballasts as soon as reported or noticed
• Efficiently replace air filters on AC units regularly
• Accurately and efficiently repair vacuum cleaners, returning them to service within two (2) days
• Clean up grounds, garages and parking lots
