Job summary

Oskar Blues Brewery in Longmont, CO is seeking a Maintenance Operator to perform basic maintenance tasks on brewery equipment and building. This entry-level, physically intensive role requires motivation, flexibility, and the ability to work under supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

You will troubleshoot issues, log information, and maintain safety standards while supporting a fast-paced production environment; lifting up to 50 lbs and using pallet jacks, forklifts and related tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Description

Objective Entry Level position responsible for performing basic maintenance tasks. This is a physically intensive role that requires exceptional motivation and scheduling flexibility. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain all quality standards set for maintenance operations at Monster Brewing Company facilities.


• Troubleshoot equipment issues.


• Perform basic maintenance tasks on either brewery equipment or building.


• Understand and adheres to safety standards.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Physical & Mental Requirements

Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Required to frequently to lift 50lbs to shoulder height and push or pull 160 lbs. pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls. May be required to work weekend and overnight shifts.
