Job summary

Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Operator C in Monterey, Tennessee. This role requires performing maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment while ensuring preventive maintenance is upheld. The working schedule is from 5:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with availability for additional hours as needed.

The ideal candidate will have advanced welding skills, basic troubleshooting abilities, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Opportunity to train others is integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Perform maintenance and repairs on various manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Train D/E level Operators on mechanical troubleshooting.
• Complete and train D/E Operators on PM checklists.

Skills

Advanced welding and cutting skills

Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to train on basic TPM tasks

Overview

Royal Oak is looking for a Maintenance Operator C. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of repair tasks including maintenance and repairs on various pieces of manufacturing equipment. The hours for this position are 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday and other hours as needed for call in.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and perform preventive maintenance as required.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Advanced welding and cutting skills
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Part replacement such as changing of sprockets, swapping motors, etc.
• Train D/E level Operators on mechanical trouble shooting
• Ability to train on basic TPM tasks
• Ability to both complete and train D/E Operators on PM checklists
