Job summary

Royal Oak Enterprises LLC in West Plains, MO is seeking a Maintenance Operator C to perform a wide range of repairs on manufacturing equipment, including electrical work.

Responsibilities include advanced welding and cutting, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, replacing parts such as sprockets and motors, and training D/E level operators on troubleshooting and PM tasks. This role supports our maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability in a growing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Advanced welding and cutting skills.
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Part replacement such as changing sprockets, swapping motors, etc.
• Train D/E level Operators on mechanical trouble shooting.
• Ability to train on basic TPM tasks and PM checklists.

Royal Oak is looking for a Maintenance Operator C. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of repair tasks including repairs on various pieces of manufacturing equipment. As well as electrical.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Advanced welding and cutting skills.
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Part replacement such as changing of sprockets, swapping motors, etc.
• Train D/E level Operators on mechanical trouble shooting.
• Ability to train on basic TPM tasks.
• Ability to both complete and train D/E Operators on PM checklists
