This hands-on role leads maintenance on the shop floor, drives safety, quality and productivity, and coaches employees to build a capable, accountable team.

The ideal candidate balances production demands with staff development and champions continuous improvement across the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in Operations Leadership in Maintenance or a manufacturing environment.
• Requires 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Ability to coach, develop, mentor, and lead a team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and self-managed with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities on the production floor and manage employee performance while upholding safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Coach, develop and mentor employees to build a strong, accountable team and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Balance operational demands with employee development to keep production moving and ensure team success.
• Oversee weekend schedules (Fri–Sun night shifts) where applicable.
