Ariel Corporation seeks an Operational Supervisor - Assembly in Mount Vernon, OH to lead hands-on assembly operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and develop a strong team on the production floor.

You will coach, mentor, and provide clear direction while balancing operational demands with employee development to ensure continuous improvement and production success.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience in operations leadership in assembly or a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to coach, develop, mentor, and lead a team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and self-managed with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

What We Are Seeking

We’re looking for hands-on Assembly Supervisorsto lead activities in our production environment. In this role, you’ll leademployee performance on the floor, while maintaining all safety, quality andproductivity standards. You’ll build andmaintain a strong team as you coach, develop, and mentor employees, provideclear direction, and foster a mindset of accountability and continuousimprovement. The ideal candidate will be able to balance operational demandswith employee development, keeping production moving while ensuring the successof the team.

Opportunities are available for both of ournight shifts, weekdays, Monday – Thursday, and weekends, Friday – Sunday.
