Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Supervisor Operations/Maintenance at Jeanes Campus to lead a team of skilled trades, ensuring project completion to trade standards and maintaining preventive maintenance records. The role focuses on coordinating task assignments, equipment usage guidance, and collaboration with related trades.

The position supports Temple Health’s mission across its network of facilities, including TUH-Jeanes Campus and affiliated centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school in related area required or combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 2 years supervisory experience required.
• 5 years experience in specialized field required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Cert Healthcare Facilities Mgr preferred; Engineer Cert Grade A preferred; Licensed Master Plumber preferred; PA Licensed Electrician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guides assigned workers by ensuring completion of projects in accordance with trade standards.
• Provides information on proper uses of equipment, identifying repair/replacement needs and supporting other skilled trades in completing work assignments.
• Implements and monitors code and non-code required preventive maintenance and maintains records for code manuals.
