Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a supervisory role
• 5 years experience in specialized field
• Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Guide assigned workers to ensure completion of projects in accordance with trade standards
• Provide information on proper uses of equipment
• Identify repair and/or replacement needs and support other skilled trades
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance and maintain records for code manuals
