Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; in lieu of degree, 12–15 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
• 5+ years experience in plant maintenance activities.
• Proficient in Maximo CMMS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Valid driver's license; U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient maintenance of assets, facilities and equipment.
• Lead Maintenance Team reporting to GCPL East Basin Manager.
• Manage PMs, CM, and planned maintenance per Maximo; coordinate with planner.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with Air Liquide standards.
