Aluf Plastics seeks a seasoned maintenance leader to manage a 30+ person team supporting a 24x7 operation. The role conceives, plans, and designs mechanical and electromechanical products and systems, directing fabrication, installation, and repair activities while coordinating personnel and resources.

Competenze

• Extensive experience with industrial scale manufacturing equipment.
• Engineering degree or equivalent; or 10+ years related experience.
• Spanish fluency a plus.

Mansioni

• Maintains products or systems such as instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines, and mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, or heat transfer systems.
• Directs fabrication and installation activities to ensure conformance to engineering design and customer specifications.
• Coordinates operation, maintenance, and repair to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment.
• Supervises 30+ maintenance department staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating.
