First Quality Products in McElhattan, PA is seeking a Maintenance Operations Leader to guide maintenance crews and optimize equipment reliability across our manufacturing campus. This role focuses on safety, regulatory compliance, and delivering actionable improvements in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor a diverse team, manage preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime while upholding GMP and ISO standards.

Formación

• Two years of college coursework or equivalent.
• Five+ years maintenance experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.
• Excellent communication, computer, and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance crew on shift to meet safety and production goals.
• Plan daily maintenance and monitor work orders.
• Provide direction for after-hours support and urgent maintenance.
• Drive safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor team members; manage performance reviews.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and PM optimization.
• Support line changeovers and incident response; track maintenance metrics.
