Camaco LLC is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to support the Maintenance Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance across the facility.

You will serve as a technical resource for Supervisors and Technicians, lead continuous improvement of preventive maintenance, manage shutdowns, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. This role demands 5+ years in industrial maintenance with strong diagnostic abilities across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; trade/technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Maintenance Manager in coordinating all maintenance operations.
• Serve as a technical resource for Supervisors and Technicians.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance program improvements.
• Coordinate schedules, shutdowns, and major repair projects.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and facility issues.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
