Job summary

INEOS Acetyls in Texas City, TX seeks an Acetic Acid Maintenance Coordinator to lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution for assigned units. You will coordinate interfaces between operations, maintenance, engineering and contractors to ensure safe, compliant and reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations/maintenance experience in a petrochemical or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, and work management processes.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full maintenance workflow: identification, planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Lead planning and scheduling meetings to align maintenance with operational priorities.
• Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and contractors to ensure alignment on priorities and execution plans.
• Manage work orders in SAP/CMMS from initiation to completion with data accuracy.
• Support development of job plans and work packages for efficient execution.
