Sodexo's K-12 Maintenance Subject Matter Expert helps schools optimize facility performance through asset management, condition assessments, maintenance planning, CMMS implementation, and operational training that drives long-term success.

As a national role with 50-70% travel, you partner with leaders to deliver facility solutions, analyze maintenance data, support sales initiatives, and provide strategic guidance while ensuring safe, efficient learning environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3 years of related experience.

• Conduct and oversee Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) for school facilities to evaluate asset performance, lifecycle, and capital planning needs.

Partner with leaders nationwide to deliver facility solutions, conduct client presentations, support sales initiatives, analyze maintenance data, and provide strategic guidance. This highly visible role requires 50-70% travel and airport accessibility.

About the job

The Maintenance, Operations and Quality Program Manager is responsible for driving excellence in school facility maintenance and operations by leading Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), enhancing quality control, and advancing technical training programs. This role plays a key part in optimizing maintenance performance by establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The incumbent will collaborate closely with school districts to develop and maintain safe, efficient, and well-maintained learning environments.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $100130 – $129580

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
