Vanguard Resources, Inc. is hiring a full-time Office Clerk to support the Maintenance & Engineering team at Nacogdoches Medical Center – South Campus.

You’ll manage the work-order process, respond to maintenance requests, order supplies and keep documentation organized. Based in Nacogdoches, TX, the role suits organized individuals who can handle multiple tasks, communicate with technicians and hospital staff, and help keep daily operations moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative or office clerk roles preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance management or work-order systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive maintenance requests by phone, email and other channels.
• Enter and process maintenance work orders in the system.
• Assign and route work orders to technicians.
• Track open work orders and follow up as needed.
• Generate reports and assist with maintenance activity.
• Provide general administrative support to leadership.
