The Maintenance of Traffic laborer performs temporary traffic control operations to maintain safe and efficient traffic flow on roadway construction projects within designated work zones. Responsibilities include highway maintenance tasks, compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, company policies, and safety guidelines.

Essential Job Functions: Includes, but is not limited to, setting up and maintaining traffic control devices, signs, and lights; coordinating traffic control activities; loading/unloading equipment; delivering equipment to job sites; ensuring compliance with MOT guidelines; completing reports; and operating company vehicles if authorized.

Desired Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in Maintenance of Traffic or related industry; High School Diploma/GED; clear communication skills; advanced MOT certification preferred.
