PQ is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to responsibly repair and service equipment across a multi-plant operation. You will perform mechanical and electrical repairs, install machinery, fabricate structures, and support stockroom processes while upholding PQ's safety standards.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Job Description

Responsible for the efficient, cost effective maintenance repair and preventive maintenance of all equipment, buildings and facilities at a multi-plant site.

• Performs mechanical and electrical repair of all equipment associated with operations.
• Installs machinery, pipes, structural steel, etc. at a multi-plant operation.
• Fabricates stairways, catwalks, structures, etc. at a multi-plant site.
• Helps maintain correct stockroom inventory by utilizing storeroom withdraw slips.
• Maintains positive attitude toward maximizing plant’s success.
• Receives and carries out directions accurately and efficiently.
• Operates in compliance with all health, safety and environmental rules and regulations.
• Complies with all corporate/plant policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates commitment to Responsible Care® in every day activities.

Qualifications
